Aiston provides fine art services across New York City, including Manhattan, The Hamptons, Long Island, and the surrounding tri-state region. Long-distance domestic routes and international projects are available by request.
What types of artwork do you handle?
We handle paintings, sculpture, installations, antiques, works on paper, photographs, mixed-media pieces, decorative objects, and large-scale works. Each project is planned around the object's material, fragility, route, access, and handling requirements.
Do you offer climate-controlled transport and storage?
Yes. Aiston operates climate-controlled vehicles and secure fine art storage facilities with environmental monitoring, controlled access, and digital inventory support for short- and long-term needs.
Can you manage packing, crating, and international shipping?
Yes. We provide custom packing and crating, export and import coordination, customs documentation support, air and sea freight routing, and global agent coordination for international fine art shipments.
How far in advance should I schedule service?
For NYC transport or standard installation, 3 to 5 days of notice is recommended when possible. Large installations, exhibition logistics, Hamptons projects, storage intake, and international shipments are best scheduled 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
Do you offer private viewing rooms?
Yes. Our New York facility includes private viewing rooms with controlled lighting and climate, suitable for collector previews, photography, condition inspections, authentication, and discreet client showings by appointment.
